An open letter to all the sensitive people

Dear Reactive Human,
I know it’s hard to be an extremely emotional, sensitive and reactive person for every little thing triggers the bulls eyes in the heart.
Heartbreak for you can also mean your normal friend having other friends and so getting ditched by lover is absolutely unimaginable.

In the process of understanding everyone else’s problem you overlooked yours.
In the process of being kind you were used by people.
In the process of respecting everyone’s point of view you lost your own perspective.

All of your emotions take over your brain and people think that you have no mind to understand intellectual talks calling you an emotional fool.

You are always excluded between your friends because they think you can’t understand sarcasm and reacts harsh.

I know being Sensetive, being emotional, hormonal disbalances are not in your hands but this world is for no emotions.

You flow you emotions to everyone and hence they aren’t valued by people. Not only you but your emotions are taken for granted. You’re used as per their convience and still they have no regret because their one sweet can again trigger your emotions to melt your anger and get fooled again.

I know every sensitive person is always low on self esteem because the one infort of you is confident and your emotions says that they’re right.

You always get dominated because of a Yes in every situation. Obviously your emotions doesn’t allow you to say a NO.

Your thousands act of kindness are overshadowed by your one act of denying.
You’re always under the burden of being in good books of everyone.

With all the clean heart you let your hormones flow outside your body and that’s where you’re being attacked.

Being sensitive is tough but rare. I’m proud of you.

Stop Giving Explanations..

Stop giving explanations and move on,
The one’s who wanna stay will stay anyway, else life goes on and on.

Stop believing lies people generally say,
Keep a check on your own self rather than anyone else.

Better be cautious and give enough space and a free way to flourish and nourish relationships no matter whichever it is,
Rather than ranting around like an obsessed psycho whom people don’t understand and avoid because of their so called misconceptions and immaturity.

Remember, not everyone is capable of understanding and caring the way you’re,
So chill and vibe when it’s real and things are back to normal and you feel the same warmth.

उजाले अपनी यादों के हमारे साथ रहने दो
ये कहने वाले को हमने,
शाम- ए- ज़िंदगी में
तब्दील होते देखा।

चंद साँसें हैं
इंतज़ार है किसी का,
शाय़द उसकी इक पुकार का
जिसको उसने कभी नहीं देखा।

इक पूरा मजमुआ
आज बिस्तर पर पड़ा देखा।

कभी इतना फर्क ना पड़ा ।

Parents are human too

How many times you have felt that your parents do not understand you, that they have no respect for you as an individual? they are like ‘aliens’ from other planet you and they are in different camps strangers forced to live under the same roof. if this is what you think. you are wrong! there is a way of briding what appears to be a yawning chasm.

If you genuinely want to improve your relationship with your parents trial listening to them treating them just like you would a valued friend instead of always whining‚”you don’t understand me nobody understands me.”do you ever try and understand them?

Parents are under a lot of stress too when you are wearing about your upcoming match exam and how much money to spend on your outing. They are wearing about the boss in the office and how they are going to pay for your braces. Like you they have days when someone hurts them at work and they have to go and have a private cry sometimes they don’t know where the money all the application you send to foreign universities is going to come from.

Parents are human to they have their own frustration and guys they may have sacrifice the dreams because they want you realise yours once you step into their shoes and try to look at things from their point of view two wonderful things happen…

One you feel a new respect for them and two you will find you can actually have your way without heated argument if you are parents feel that you are making an attempt to understand them there will more willing to listen to you and they will trust you more you will bridge that so called generation gap

कभी शायरी तो कभी गजल लिखते हैं,
कभी अपने हालत तो कभी जज्बात लिखते हैं,
कुछ लोग समझ जाते हैं हमारे शब्दों को,
कुछ लोग बस हमको बेहूदा बोल कर निकल जाते हैं।।

कभी इश्क हुआ तो बता नहीं पाते हैं,
बस उसकी खूबसूरती को पन्नों पर उतार देते हैं,
कुछ लोग उन शब्दों की खूबसूरती समझ पाते हैं,
कुछ लोग बस हमको बेहूदा बोल कर निकल जाते हैं।।

कभी कोई दर्द हुआ तो बताते नहीं हैं,
बस उस दर्द को शब्दों में पिरो देते हैं,
कुछ लोग उन शब्दों को समझ कर सहानुभूति दिखाते हैं,
कुछ लोग बस हमको बेहूदा बोल कर निकल जाते हैं।।

कभी लोग मेरे शब्दों का मजाक उड़ाते हैं,
बस हम उनकी बातों को दिल पे लगाए बैठ जाते हैं,
कुछ लोगों को वो बातें समझते देर नहीं लगती है,
कुछ लोग बस हमको बेहूदा बोल कर निकल जाते हैं।।

Gender Equality Is Still a Myth
They say, “Boys should be the one who should confess their love first.”
She always wondered and asked herself,
“If this is so, then why love creates sparks within everyone?”
She shook her head and started confessing whoever she loved.
All she got in return was heart wrenching moments.
People found her weird for breaking social rules.

Slap! The lady police slapped him.
All he could do was cry silently,
hiding his tears and showing some courage.
His friend questioned to another friend,
“Why is it so that a lady officer can hit a male,
but a male officer cannot hit a female?”
His friend couldn’t answer,
and her words disappeared in the air like nowhere.

She asked her male friend, “Why is it so that girls aren’t allowed to go out?
Even if they go, why they are asked constantly, but not boys?”
He answered, “Because girls are not safe outside.
If boys wander, no one harms them, but girls!
They will of course be harassed now and then…
Your parents are right. “
If priority is about safety,
aren’t accidents happening out there with males?
Isn’t a boy kidnapped?
Isn’t a male get murdered by someone?
Then why boys aren’t asked where they are going?
Isn’t their safety a priority?

“I am a boy, I cannot cry!”, he said.
She asked, ” Why, you can cry alone, if you feel ashamed in public. “
He said he cannot, because he is strong enough.
If it’s about strength,
then why we cry on deaths?
Where does the strength goes?
When we accept cries in death places,
then why can’t we cry in normal places?
Isn’t it just about pain?
Or is it about our fear of breaking social rules?

Why transgenders are still jobless?
If there was equality in genders,
why there are still silent rapes are suppressed?
Just because he/she is boy or a girl or some other gender?

Why girls are seen as products,
and boys are known as buyers of the products?
Why girls are seen as sensitive,
and boys are known as strong humans?

If there was a gender equality,
then why we post so much opposing each gender?
Talking that this this gender suffers the most?
If that is so, then isn’t it a myth of gender equality?
Isn’t it?

पेट भर खाना,एक ख्वाब

नन्ही मुठियो को भीज़ के
वो उछल पड़ी फिर से इस बार

आसमा की ओर उंगली की
फिर आखें बंद कर बुदबुदाने लगी

एक अलग ही सुकून उसके चेहरे पे
और मुस्कुरा रही है बार बार

कहा था किसी ने उससे
की टूटते तारे हर दुआ पूरी कर देते है

वो फुटपाट पे एक मेले से बोर पे लेटी
मुस्कुरा रही है बार बार

पूछा एक दादी ने उससे
क्या मागा है इस बार

वो खिलखिला के बोली
आज भी आधी ही रोटी मिली

पर कल खाऊगी में
पूरी दो रोटी सब्जी के साथ

अंकित क्या करू हाल ए दिल का
उस बूढ़ी औरत ने लगा लिया उस अनाथ को सीने से

आंखो में बेबसी के आसू थे
पर उस नन्ही बच्ची को पूछकर सुलाने लगी

पेट भर खाना उनके लिए बस है ,एक ख्वाब
है एक ख्वाब

हम दोनो ही रूठे हुए,
ना जानू कौन करें पहल ।

चोरी छुपे हम देखे एक दूजे को,
पर सामने हम दिखाते है अकड़ ।

हम परवाह करते है एक दूजे की,
पर ऐसे दिखाते मानो नहीं कोई फिकर ।

करवटे बदलते रहते रात भर ,
पर नही लगते गले
जबकि इसी वजह से जागे रात भर ।

अंकित क्या करू इस प्यारी लड़ाई को ,
बहुत सारा प्यार है बहुत सारी फिकर ।

बिना कुछ कहे गले लगा लिया उसे
और वो रोते हुए लिपट गई मुझसे

इसे नाराजगी कहूं
या कहूं प्यार की मीठी लहर
